Domestic orders: Our products are curated from around the world, so shipping times and prices vary. You'll be able to review all of this before you purchase, so read carefully!

International Orders: International orders are to any country excluding Canada and US. On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 3-5 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.
